Experiencia fantástica: Josh is a great trainer. He’s super attentive and always has an upbeat attitude. I love that all the workouts are written specifically for my individual needs instead of having everyone do a “one size fits all” workout that doesn’t actually work for everybody. He’s also super knowledgeable about injuries and limitations, so he can always help and work around them! He pushes you without being too pushy and I always leave knowing I got a great workout in. Best trainer in Central Florida. Definitely recommend!
