Experiencia fantástica: Crosby Wellness Center is absolutely beautiful! Great equipment, classes, and a pool as well as a locker room and everything is immaculately clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are there to assist with anything you need. Really enjoy the Tai Chi class with Alan Zemel as he is very patient & kind and helps each new person so they feel comfortable. I also signed up for personal training with Mike Yang and he is wonderful to work with and would highly recommend him.

Experiencia positiva: From what I can tell they have a lot of equipment and it appears to be well maintained. I'm there doing aquatic therapy with Advent Health and I am getting good results. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful clean facility. I have enjoyed the master swimming, aqua tabata, and cycling classes taught by an older long time tri-athlete and professional swim coach. It is very disappointing to hear that the current director does not view the aqua programs as an asset and that they are canceled. Classes today were at capacity. Why destroy a good thing.
