I love how dynamic the workouts are and how the coaches are certified personal trainers, so they have all the tools and resources necessary to modify the workouts to your needs. It’s also a perk that it’s 24/7! Whether you’re at a live or virtual session, it leaves you feeling accomplished and motivated. I love the sense of community it brings and how affordable it is, as well. Everyone should join the frog squad!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing all around experience!!! I joined Eat the Frog just over a month ago and have loved every minute of it. I was hesitant about trying it after having just an average experience as a member of OTF for a few years. I'm so glad that I did - from the very first workout I could tell that the programming was going to help me reach my fitness goals and I've already seen a change in this short period of time. Lisa the studio manager and head coach has created such a great environment with the staff being very friendly, personable and accommodating. I appreciate the flexibility of the virtual classes and after just a few weeks changed my membership to unlimited instructor led because the atmosphere and skilled instruction of them make it a very enjoyable workout experience! I also really like how the workouts and adaptions of them are suited to all fitness levels, with the coaches taking the time to recognize when someone needs an alternative or an increased challenge. I would highly recommend anyone considering a change come check out this location!

Experiencia fantástica: I had never signed up for a gym membership until Eat the Frog. I had an awful experience trying out Orange Theory, so I was pleasantly surprised when I first signed up with ETF. The owner, Lisa, is super accommodating, helpful, and inviting to new and old members alike. The trainers are awesome as well. They gave me the tools that I needed to continue my fitness journey. I am forever grateful for the experience I had with ETF. Thank you all tremendously.
