He’s an amazing trainer and an even better person. He pushes you. He motivates you. He assures you when you doubt yourself. I could go on and on about this amazing gym! If you love yourself go see the group at S3! You won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place, been here through college, a couple moves, job changes, my wedding; through all the inconsistencies and changes in life, this place has always stayed consistent and been a huge part of it. I’ve met some awesome people over the years, I’ve been there through multiple coach changes and the ones Josh, the owner, picks are so passionate about what they do! The coaches are so caring and welcoming and take their time with you and helping you reach your goals! I’m so grateful I found this CrossFit gym it had been by far the best I’ve ever been to!

From the community, quality of equipment and the strength programming they do it all! Great for all ages, they have something for every fitness level. Josh is one of the best guys I’ve ever met. If you have a goal he will work with you to help you meet it and inspire you to do more than you ever thought possible. He cares so much for every member and strives to make a difference in this community. I could not recommend this place more.
