Experiencia positiva: Front desk is not friendly. Only 2 guys who actually acknowledge members and both are night (one is black and the other is Hispanic I wish I knew their names but they’re always friendly), the rest need a lesson or 2 about customer service instead they’re talking among themselves not acknowledging members, they’re just there like a wall. The gym is clean depending on the day and time you go. I think they can be better at cleanliness and even spoke to the manager twice about this since you know members here pay over $100 to be a member, the gym is small but it is nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Disclaimer: I have edited and updated this review from my original to reflect 4 months experience. You really get what you pay for. It’s a very clean environment. As someone with pre-existing medical conditions, I appreciate the vaccine card check. Most of the staff is professional and friendly. However, some of the staff are only friendly if you’re buying something or just not good at faking authenticity when engaging with customers. The members here are quite serious about their workouts. Great lifting equipment with plenty of cardio machines. A solid gym. I recommend this place to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I became a VIDA member about 2 months ago and I have only had positive experiences since joining. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly + helpful and was pleasantly surprised that the Assistant GM Erik actually remembered who I was after meeting me briefly the day I signed on. This gym is fully equipped, clean, has helpful staff, and it’s members have an overall kind demeanor (which is not always the case in a gym). I saw reviews for this facility that targeted confusion on pricing but I want to clarify that in my experience the membership costs where completely transparent from day 1, and aligned with EXACTLY what is displayed on their website. As far as the pricing itself goes, I honestly believe it is fair. This is a top notch facility on par with luxury gyms such as lifetime (but with friendlier staff) for a lower cost. As someone who has had experiences with various gyms at different price points (onelife, lifetime, planet fitness) this has been my best gym experience to date.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice facility, started to go here because I wanted to get excited about going to the gym. Sweatbox is really intense! Overall I have been loving the experience so far, just very expensive and they do not allow the same guest to come back after the first visit.

Experiencia positiva: I did not physically go to this gym so I cannot speak for their facility, but when I was shopping around for one, I contacted this VIDA. They were very unwilling to share transparency with pricing and asked me several times to discuss pricing when I arrived at the gym for a tour, despite me explaining to them that I do not have time to do a tour. It was a very salesy vibe which is never appreciated.
