Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely LOVE this workout!! I'm 41 and fairly new to working out and the trainers are motivating in a way thats not pushy or mean and the energy is off the charts good!!! With the exception of one male Karen giving a one-star review for the noise ordinance, this place would have a perfect five stars and I totally agree!! Love the loud music and super high energy. I'm hooked!!

Experiencia fantástica: Being apart of F45 in other places and coming here I was thinking it was going to be a lot of the same… definitely not… I have thoroughly enjoyed my first month and having already committed for the year… great team, great community, tight space but helps … equipment is clean, in great shape and the trainers are really on the ball. They know they’re role and they definitely step in to help guide and coach without overpowering and making someone feel like they’re not allowed to take it slower… definitely worth checking out… and if you commit, you’ll see results…

Experiencia fantástica: Love F45. This location is filled with incredible people. I feel pushed and coached and inspired every time I attend a class. I also feel exhausted but I think that is normal. ???? There is an upbeat family type atmosphere and classes are filled with energy and challenges. Do yourself a favor and join.
