Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend!!! I’ve been to F45 gyms in other cities and this is by far the best. I was in town for 10 days so I took advantage of a weekly promotion they were running - I ended up extending it so that I could attend more classes. Great workouts with a very strong culture (lots of laughter and personal attention during the workout). Perfect for anyone looking for a sweat! I’ll be back soon :)

If you are trying to figure out how to get fit, lose weight and keep it that way… or if you are an athlete, either way, don’t waste any more money or time on gym memberships that don’t and can’t really help you. Get an unlimited membership here and come as much as you can. The programming and personal training is not only included, it’s integral - and it isn’t a gimmick…You’ll reach your goals and the team here will really help you get there. This is HANDS down the most affordable and practical way to actually get to where you want to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Great trainers who genuinely care about you, and working with you to get you fitter, better and stronger. It was the first time since moving to NYC that I found a studio and workout style that got me back to my fitness levels from when I was young, and dropped me a dress size that has stayed off for almost 2 years now!! Cannot recommend more highly.
