I have always been active and worked out with a trainer. But, after Covid hit, I wasn’t able to do any resistance training for 2 years. I am so blessed to have found this Gem of a Gym. Carlo, as a Master trainer, brings all his expertise and professionalism to every session. He has challenged me as a trainer like no other trainer has before. Always Enthusiastic and Motivating. This was a commitment I made for 6 months when I signed up with Diamond Cut. After 6 months of training 3x a week with Carlo I’ve lost inches, my body is toned, the list goes on. I have a better understanding on nutrition and exercise form. ( Before and After pic will be posted soon). This is the healthiest I’ve been since the pandemic. Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. First off Carlo is very knowledgeable and professional about what he wants to achieve to get you where you want to be at. This place makes you feel at home and if you really want results Carlo will make it happen. If it wasn’t for Carlo I wouldn’t be working out as hard as I do. Experiencia fantástica: Met Carlo while my boyfriend and I were walking past the gym. After talking with Carlo about what programs were offered, right away we were interested in signing up. At Diamond Cut Fitness we had a personalized workout that was tailored to our pain points and areas we wanted to work on. Carlo was so friendly, we loved our appointments to work out and have great conversation! Learned a lot about how to properly workout and hit the muscles I didn’t know existed.
