Experiencia fantástica: They had me at 24hr gym! This works out perfectly for my busy schedule. Moreover, the gym has a lot of equipment that is easy to use and friendly staff that are always willing to help. I like the fact that there is a dry sauna especially during those cold months. Locker rooms are spacious and showers are available for use if needed. Group fitness classes, hydro massage beds and tanning booths are a huge plus as well.

Experiencia positiva: 4 stars for general cleanliness, quality of equipment, and overall experience.Things that would make it 5 in order of easiest to fix to hardest. 1. Move this poster so the squat racks can use the mirrors. It's very annoying. 2. Put a paper towel holder in the men's room. It's a terrible user experience to get paper towels from a soaking wet roll that is sitting in a pool of water. It's ridiculous. 3. Better water fountains (bottle fill stations?) Everybody just wants to fill up their own water bottle anyway. 4. Invest in some sort of filter for the water quality. I know water sucks here so I get it. But some attempt at filtering would be nice? We pay quite a lot for a membership and some of these just seem like a lack of caring to make them right. Others are harder as acknowledged.

Experiencia positiva: Potential here if management decided to do beneficial things, but I’d say it’s an average gym. One issue that really gets on my nerves, as well as others I’ve talked to, is that the sauna is never hot enough when I go in. 3 out of 10 times it’s at a good hot temperature. Outside of that it’s sub par and I wish they can keep it hotter. I pay for a membership I expect a good sauna. I hate having the to wait hours or just plain not go in because it isn’t hot enough. Another thing add a clock outside the door so people can see their time. If the sauna was good I’d consider this a possible 4 star. 5 stars if the team had better management. Gym equipment is good but has loose hardware at times. Maintenance should be a priority as much as cleanliness. Locker rooms are kept relatively clean for the most part. Overall not bad, but management do something about keeping sauna temps hot and monitoring them please, since you know we can’t turn on/adjust temperature ourselves, that means employees must monitor for customer satisfaction.
