Experiencia fantástica: We love The Exercise Coach! Being able to get a full workout in only 20 minutes on Isokinetic Equipment is the “BEST”! You truly do get an intense workout in that amount of time and with everyone having busy lives, this truly is one of the company’s biggest assets. The Employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are so grateful to have found them and look forward to a long lasting relationship!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been going for a few months now. Who doesn't have an hour a week to exercise? My husband didn't think two twenty minute sessions would do much for him but his body is transforming. Arms and legs are getting leaner and has a lot more flexibility than when he started. All of the staff are super friendly. Would highly recommend if you have the money!!
