Experiencia fantástica: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GYM! I was on the brink of giving up. I was born with hip dysplasia and 6 years ago suffered an injury at work that needed labral repair. Long story short, the jumps class gave me hope. The staff helped me with safe moves for my hip and encouraged me to keep moving. If you live close by, I HIGHLY recommend the Alchemy Fit Lab. I just bought a house in Upland, CA and miss the gym. The encouragement, the safe environment, and the new friendships you make are priceless! I have seen these ladies transform people's lives from inside out!

Experiencia fantástica: The jump class is what sparked my interest in this gym. I tried out the Sunday class this past weekend and I'm officially hooked! I love the energy the trainers bring and it's so much fun. I would totally recommend you to try it if you haven't done so already.

Experiencia fantástica: As an essential worker during these tough times having a small gym in Whittier with workouts available outside is life right now. We have more than enough room to social distance outside during HIIT Classes & Jump Classes. Hand Sanitation stations available through out and mask are required.
