Experiencia fantástica: When I started working from home after 20 years in an office environment, I needed an outlet, and Studio B.O.S.S. was the answer for so many reasons! I really wanted a personal trainer because I need that type of push, but price held me back from that option. Studio B.O.S.S is perfect for me because it is small group personal training. I still get the individual attention and push I need, but also have the other members help push each other along and encourage one another. This place is my second home and family!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is such a wonderful place to not only exercise, but to make some amazing friends as well! The other ladies become like your family, and not only do you feel better physically when you leave, but mentally as well. The laughs and good times we share are just as important as the workout! Not to mention Bridget and her massages are amazing as well! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Studio B.O.S.S. since January 2021, and I am here for life! I started out with the FUEL program and lost 35 ponds, and since then I've attended classes daily. The classes are small, so I feel like I'm getting the attention of a personal trainer. Because of this, the membership is a great value! I have built beautiful friendships with the trainers and my fellow classmates. I have never met such a group of supportive people in my life!

They teach proper workout skills that you can do and push you to train harder when you’re ready. They encourage you, support you and love you through your journey. If you are looking for a place to find a quality workout, Studio BOSS is the place for you. You’ll walk out the door with so much more than you ever anticipated. I’m beyond grateful for this place in our town.

Experiencia fantástica: Studio Boss has given me so much! When I started I was so weak and had zero balance or motivation honestly. But, now I have gained so much strength, confidence, and friendships! It’s nice being with a group that cares about me as a person and doesn’t just see me as a number. Even in a group setting my workout is still personalized to what I can do. Its 35 minutes a day and the work outs are AMAZING!! Thank you studio boss!
