Experiencia fantástica: I don’t have a gmail account so I’m using my fiancés’. I started working out with Katelyn about 6 months ago. In that time, she has been my biggest cheerleader, supporter, advocate and advisor. She’s coached me on all things nutrition and health. Some things I thought I was doing right, I was not. lol. She never made me feel bad about it, she just coached me in the right direction. She’s an absolute joy and I’m happy to call her a friend. I would and have recommended her to everyone. Experiencia fantástica: I was apprehensive when I met Katelyn because she's so young and I'm not...however, I feel she's an old soul in a cute, young body! It wasn't long before I realized that she was the perfect coach for me. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me such confidence. I am pleased with my progress and although I have had to take the summer off, she's shown me how to continue to work on my own until I return in the fall. I feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I will continue to get good results and reach my goal.

Experiencia fantástica: I started out at 193 pounds as a virtual client back in February. Katelyn is an amazing trainer. She makes me feel proud for my small victories as well as the mile stones I’ve wanted to achieve for so long. I’m so very thankful for her positive attitude and the push she gives me that I have needed to get to where I am. She is also very knowledgeable with nutrition and can give you advice on how to change your lifestyle a little at a time, so that you don’t get burnt out on your diet and workout routines. I’m so grateful to have found her all the way from Missouri!! My confidence level has sky rocketed and I couldn’t be happier with my trainer!
