Experiencia fantástica: Each time I take a class at Pilates of Weston, I get a total body workout in under an hour by instructors who all have incredible knowledge. The studio is clean, and the reformers and all the other workout equipment are in excellent condition. I highly recommend taking classes at this studio.

The reformers are in excellent condition and new. The studio is kept very clean and they have enhanced the sanitizing of all equipment after each workout. I have been coming here for many years and think it is the best Pilates studio in all of Weston

Louisa and all her instructors are highly knowledgeable and are able to inspire the class to challenge themselves while giving each client individual attention that takes into account your own health and fitness needs. The personal attention is a major advantage of this studio. Pilates is an outstanding workout across all ages and fitness levels. It is often said that after 10 visits you will feel noticeably better and after 20 will see a visible change in your strength, flexibility, posture and the way you look. Highly recommended!
