Loves that he takes time to correcting my form & technique whether in cardio , weight & especially ( my fave ) boxing. Simple combo & more on form & technique ????????

Experiencia fantástica: Championship zone is an incredible gym. I became part of the plantation team in March and have loved it ever since. All of the coaches are exceptional. With smaller class sizes you feel comfortable and the coaches are able to provide constant motivation and feedback on how to perfect your form.

Experiencia fantástica: Came to visit for a month Soflo from TN and had gained so much unwanted Weight and did CZ about 5 times a week and after 5 weeks lost 6lb and 2 percent body fat. I loved the coaches I had (Michelle, Ariel and Natalie) and was such a positive impact on my health overall. Will come back when in town.

Experiencia fantástica: A friend told me about this gym. It’s been a blessing. The staff is so knowledgeable kind and pays attention to detail which is important for a group setting. Michelle and Ariel are both excellent trainers. Michelle has a energy that makes you push and her skills are dynamic also. Best decision I made. 5 ⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: I discovered Champion Zone about 2 months ago and I’m beyond grateful. When I called to speak to someone about the gym the owner answered with great enthusiasm and made me feel comfortable from the start. My first workout experience was with Michele and she welcomed me with open arms. She instantly had me hooked. I love her workouts and her positive attitude towards the clients. She is extremely motivating and has built my confidence back up. The clientele is also amazing. They make you feel right at home. I had a baby 3 months ago and have lost a little over 10lbs in 2 months and that’s just working out 4 days a week. I believe that First impressions are EVERYTHING, and this gym had me at hello. I can’t thank Champion Zone fitness and the staff (especially Michele) for helping me get back to my physical and mental normal self.
