Experiencia fantástica: I have had a wonderful experience attending classes at Yoga Factory & Fitness. All the staff is super friendly and I always feel welcomed. If you get an opportunity I recommend taking one of Mike Oliveira's classes. Mike is an amazing teacher! His knowledge of yoga and the expertise he brings to class is fantastic. Mike takes time to guide you through your practice in a gentle yet discipline way. I find myself pushing just a little bit more each class and I have seen my yoga practice grow immensely. I wish he taught more classes!
