Experiencia fantástica: Bodytek is awesome! The atmosphere is full of supportive and encouraging coaches that always help , motivate , and kick my butt if it is needed. ???? I’m an early bird and the positive vibe and energy at 5:00AM is more than great to start my day . Workouts are in small groups stations where they show you modifications for each exercise as needed both modding up or down bases on your specific abilities, fitness lever or health needs . Every workout is different and they challenge you to be your best and make You feel as a CHAMPION when you finish. I can say that this place, more than a gym, is a community with awesome trainers and wonderful people that you would adopt as your family. Chantal you are more than blessed having a such an amazing team work and community. ????????????

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 would recommend. I joined Bodytek roughly one year ago. I have never been the type of person to work out regularly and you most certainly would never see me in a gym. However, in the middle of the pandemic, I needed an outlet. I was extremely nervous and intimidated by anything gym related, but Chantal (the owner) and her team of trainers welcomed me with open arms. I am amazed at how personable she is. Her gym is not just a facility for you to work out in, but rather a community and family. Coach Jon and Gaby write the most amazing workouts. I love that I don’t have to train myself and that the workout is already set for me. The classes are also small enough where you are able to get individual attention from the coaches during the session. They are also able to modify any exercises for clients who are unable to do them due to injuries or abilities. If you have been searching for a gym and just can’t seem to find the right fit, I encourage you to try the Bodytek Weston. You will not be disappointed!
