CrossFit^® Iron Hammer

Experiencia fantástica: I've had the opportunity to visit a few great CrossFit gyms and one bad one. Every gym has something special about it. I like the fact that this gym is very conveniently located - more than enough room for the amount of people - the people are great - and it's ran by a husband and wife which is always nice. 100% worth the membership fee.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW! What an outstanding "gym" and I use that word loosely because it is more than a gym. It is a place where I got the help I needed in order to push myself to my limits, test my strength and meet others who are like minded. In the short time I have been here I have noticed a complete transformation within my body and mind. The coaches are skilled, knowledgeable and want to ensure you succeed; helping every step of the way and never making you feel inadequate or ill skilled. I have lived in many places across the US and gone to many "gyms"; I will say this has been my favorite thus far! I hope in my future travels I am able to meet a firm who takes their business to the expressing level CrossFit Iron Hammer does; they have completely exceeded my expectations!

Experiencia fantástica: Iron Hammer is a first class facility. My experience here has been more than positive. The coaches are personable, knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. The equipment is top notch. And the gym itself is incredibly clean, and a wonderful environment for self improvement.
