LIFT | Westlake

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot express enough how much I absolutely love LIFT in Westlake! Their head trainer Max, is so incredible to work with. He has taught me so much not only in regards to fitness and achieving my goals, but also teaching me discipline to do what needs to be done. I have seen incredible results, even in a short period of time, because of how easily I can understand his teaching methods. Communication with him is flawless; any issue I encounter I can easily contact him and he will put 100% effort into helping me. I am an online client of his now, and I feel very comfortable communicating with him regarding anything when it comes to helping my form, missing a day in the gym, or even when I experience an injury. His understanding, patience, and kindness has led to me looking forward to my workout every day. Max genuinely cares about your well-being in addition to your physical health. He will motivate you to get after it in the gym, and give you all the materials for success, but you've got to put in the work! I would one thousand percent recommend LIFT to anyone who is looking to become a healthier, better version of themselves!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Lift has been wonderful! After having a baby, I knew I wanted a trainer to help me meet my goals. I already feel significantly stronger! Max is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He listens, is very attentive, uses an awesome app to track my progress and keeps the studio spotless. I don’t typically enjoy working out but I’m so glad I found Lift and I look forward to my workouts with Max!

Max is supportive, informative and encouraging, I highly recommend working with him. The gym is brand new, has great equipment and looks amazing with the black indoor turf. Experiencia fantástica: My first session at LIFT Westlake with Max! For the first time in many, many, many ???? years I'm excited to workout! Why?? Max! That's why! Not that it won't be a challenge, because it will be, but he is encouraging, he refines movements to prevent injury and get the maximum result from your workout. LIFT is a smaller, friendly environment that reduces the intimidation factor. This is huge for me to keep coming back and reach my goals.
