I have been in a start and stop mode with working out, trying many forms of exercise and ultimately re-injuring my back. My physical therapist recommended Pilates. Since I've been working with Holly over the last 2 months I have seen a huge improvement! Holly is so kind and compassionate and works around my physical limitations, which are slowly diminishing. She is always watching to check my form and encourages me every step of the way. I can feel my strength building every week and no longer need the physical therapy sessions. Thanks Holly!
