Experiencia fantástica: The Barre Code in Westlake is a hidden gem. From the owner, Melissa, to the instructors and even the other women who attend classes, the environment is just so motivating, accepting, and fun! Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to try every style class and instructor and have loved my experience every time. It’s great because there’s a good variety of class types, which keeps things fun and exciting. All of the instructors are incredibly motivating and make the classes fly by, too! The best part is that instructors encourage you to work at your own level, while still pushing you to get the most out of each workout for yourself. It makes for a great workout for anyone just starting out or others who are very active. After two months I can already feel a difference in how strong my body is and I’m also noticing a difference in my mental strength as well. I never thought I’d be the person looking forward to working out and feeling upset when I can’t find time for a class. I’m so thankful I found the Barre Code and I’m not looking back!
