It is very clean, a lot of equipment that caters to both those who work out religiously and those workout on a less frequent basis, awesome staff, very affordable monthly pricing especially compared to the other locations in the area, and opened to meet anyone's schedule. The location is only staffed during certain hours so be sure to call and ensure someone will be available prior to arriving if planning to tour or sign up for a membership.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been attending this gym for years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is incredibly friendly. The facility is well kept and clean. They have a wide variety of professional-grade equipment that accommodate all workouts and skill levels. 24/7 access is also a huge plus, which was always impossible to find in the Westlake/Moneta area.

Has all the newer equipment you need, free weights and cardio is all up to date. nothing is broken, and always taken care of and cleaned multiple times a day. Staff is wonderful and locker rooms and showers are all really nice and clean too. They offer a free 7-day trial for you to even try it out and see what you think. No contract and open 7 days a week rain or shine. How can you loose? Check it out!
