Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome place that makes you want to come back over and and over again. Couches and athletes are very friendly and are very motivating. The program is never boring , and it can be adjusted based on your fitness level as well. You don’t have to have any fitness background to join this great community gym that will make you stronger, healthier and happier.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never stuck with a fitness habit for so long! I have been a member since January 2019. The friendly and encouraging people allow any level of fitness type enjoy a workout and feel like an athlete. I am a very curvy woman with multiple health issues and this workout has really helped me maintain my mobility. The coaches help me scale every movement to one that my body can handle without injuring it. Plus, when you are there, you are family. I highly reccommend!
