F45 Training Westerville

Experiencia fantástica: These workouts challenge me like no other program I have ever tired! After only 1 month, I already notice my endurance is better and I feel stronger! If you haven’t tried F45 yet, I cannot give a higher recommendation ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: I am so excited to see an F45 studio open here in Westerville. F45 is my all time favorite workout that has up to date equipment, a wide range of weights that cater to different abilities and strength. What sets it apart is that they have a number of certified personal trainers at each session to help correct form & motivate. F45 is more than a group fitness session though , there is a higher level of camaraderie, so don’t be alarmed if you are given a high five &/or fist bump by the entire class at the end  of the session! ????????????????

Experiencia fantástica: I have joined many gyms in the past and other places like this. F45 is by far a better workout! The trainers are amazing and really spend the time focusing on form while also finding modifications for my bad knees. Every class is different and the equipment used there allows for much more strength building then other HIIT studios/gyms. I know they just opened but you can tell the system they use to open new locations comes with lots of support because you would never know it’s only been a few weeks. GREAT LOCATION TOO!

Experiencia fantástica: Attended few sessions after the soft launch and I'm loving it. Until now , Been working out so far with mostly the same movements with a focus on cardio. Wanted a change to incorporate some resistance as well to help with the strength portion. This seems to be exactly what I needed where each workout is different yet combining elements of cardio, HIIT , circuit and functional training. Trainers are attentive , brand new well equipped facility. Recommended
