Experiencia fantástica: I was a member of UFC for over 2 years prior to the coronavirus, and I worked out here multiple times a week- mostly the boxing and kickboxing classes and some personal training/kickboxing lessons. Most of the trainers here are great and will give you a high energy and effective workout, all with slightly different styles and focuses. I think DJ, Dante, Josh, both Pauls, and Michelle are some of the best. Also Rich, the GM, is helpful, responsive, and knowledgable, and works very hard to keep the gym in great shape and members happy. Highly recommend, especially for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, or self-defense classes and training!
