Experiencia fantástica: I have been a part of My-Fit for over 3 years and I am so thankful for the role it has played in my health journey. I look forward to it as my sanity time as a mom and the community feel you get when you walk through the door. The layout of the new group sessions is fun, challenging and can be done at your own pace level. The close knit groups keep you accountable and relational. I always leave my gym session feeling empowered and stronger than before ???? All of the coaches, Jesse, Stacey and Joe are amazing to work with and super helpful. They are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Coach Stacey's early morning classes have been my go to since the beginning when I started. It was the first time in my adult life that I have been consistent in a gym atmosphere and it organically created a healthier lifestyle for me at home as well. The convenience of having a gym close to home has been a lifesaver. Thank you My-Fit for the healthy habits you have helped me create and the mental clarity and strength I have gained through knowing you ????

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great facility owned by very knowledgeable and very helpful people. The equipment is always clean, modern, and in good working order. The trainers are always focused on their clients and they run a variety of classes for all levels of ability. Finally, they have price points that accommodate all types of workout routines. This place is great, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My-FIT-24 is a great place to workout. If you want to workout on your own or participate in a friendly group workout session, this place is for you. The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly. The convenience of the gym availability at all hours accommodates any schedule and reduces high volumes for other clients. If you’re looking for a small town gym with all the right equipment this place is for you.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member since September 2019 (this time and twice before). This gym is a place for to evolve into the best version of yourself. It’s small enough to feel a sense of community and large enough to accommodate most any wellness goal. Whether you seek to improve strength, stamina, lifestyle balance, or nutrition (to name merely a few), My-Fit-24 resources can assist. There are multiple trainers with different styles so you can find someone with whom you “click”. There is no judgment, which I know first hand as I walked in there 91 pounds heavier than I am now and their goal was for me to achieve mine from day 1. Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to My Fit for many years and absolutely love it! I attend the classes and since Covid use the online classes. Everyone is great at modifying exercises and are very supportive. There is absolutely no judging. The staff wants everyone to be their best self and will help you toward your goal. I urge everyone to join and get healthy! My doctor is amazed at how fit I am for my age. I feel great and the stretching helps with aches and pains of aging.
