Experiencia fantástica: F’n amazing! Can’t say enough about the classes and the opportunity to transform your physical and mental well-being. In my 35 years of attending many fitness centers, I have never had as much fun and greater mental and physical rewards. From beginning pole dancing to aerobic abs classes and an amazing aerial yoga class. This class blew my mind! I’ve never experienced anything as fun and invigorating ad this. I am a 55-year-old woman and was flipping backwards and doing handstands. I feel like a kid again!

Experiencia fantástica: We were there for a friends birthday surprise and it was fabulous! The staff was fun and helpful. They cheered us on the entire time even though we were all first timers! Would definitely try it again! Had a great time!
