Experiencia fantástica: 100% highly recommended. My fiancé and I have been going for 3 months and we have seen results. We have more energy and overall feel great. This is my first time being a member of this type of gym and was initially very hesitant. But the owners and the coaches are all extremely friendly and helpful to aid you in your fitness journey. If something is not feeling right or you can't do a certain movement, they will help you with alternatives to build up. Everyone is there to work out and there is no judgement.

Experiencia fantástica: Will never regret joining this gym. Utmost professionalism, environment is absolutely welcoming. People are chill, everyone does their own thing and most importantly I don’t feel like I joined a cult lol. The workouts are explained out to you, you have alternate options for moves when you start out and have personalized attention throughout your classes. It took me forever to join, then I joined and it took me forever to actually go to class. Like so many others I’ve spoken to, we’re hesitant to try this type of format of workouts afraid that others will judge us or uproot our will at a gym.Then I got sick, and had a gnarly wake up call (that’s been my big motivator) This place isn’t that gym it’s pretty great. I hope that everyone can at least try this place once. God bless Blake and Talia for their insane patience. These two always encouraged me to come in and never made me feel weird at any point. The owners, trainers and people make this place. I remind myself, it never gets easier but it does get better, worth it. I’ve lost a nice amount of weight, was taken off my meds and feel so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for a couple days so I decided to check HEW out. Great experience. The coaches are awesome and the workout was fun.
