F45 Training West Palm Beach

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been bouncing around to different F45 locations while on an extended vacation and this is by FAR the absolute best F45 studio I’ve ever been to! The studio itself is massive for an F45, it has awesome AC, several huge fans and it has a separate area with lockers, 4 full modern bathrooms with showers, and a separate room for storage, so all the equipment isn’t all stuffed in a small space like at some studios. The trainers are all fantastic and so welcoming. My husband and I felt so welcomed the moment we walked into the studio. Highly recommend checking out this location! I’ll definitely come back any time I’m in the area, it will actually have a lot of pull over where I stay next time I visit South Florida!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m almost done with my 7 day trial and all I can say is I LOVE F45 and can’t wait sign up! I was so scared for my first day and took months to book my first class. When I walked in the coaches and front desk girls were so nice and welcoming. Made me feel at home right away. I can go on and on about all of the coaches. They’re absolutely AMAZING. Shout out to Travis he’s the best. I followed him from another gym and I’m glad he’s my coach again. I highly recommend F45 WPB.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately I got a job opportunity in ATL & have to cancel my membership but I loved this gym. Trainers are so great & it was really fun. I recommend anyone who is looking for a fun gym experience & a great work out to join this gym!

There is nothing like the smiles you receive as you walk into your 7am class its the best start to the day- filled with energy, motivation and great vibes. Super clean atmosphere and the best bathrooms to get ready to continue conquering your day.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to F45 West Palm Beach since September and have loved it from the very first class. The instructors are amazing & super motivating. Having a team environment & upbeat music helps push you in every class. I’ve gain so much strength & endurance along with meeting awesome people. I’ve been telling people about F45 and hope more people can join!
