Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about CKO West New York. The classes are amazing and great for anyone regardless of your fitness level because you can go at your own pace. If you're looking for a fun and energetic workout then Lu and his team of fantastic instructors are who you need to see. Health is wealth and movement is medicine I'm so glad to be a part of the CKO family.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined CKO west new York 2 weeks ago. I've been having a great experience. I joined for weight loss purposes but wanted something different than just a treadmill. It's fun! It kicks your A$$! Everyone can go at their on pace & still fully participate in the class without feeling self conscious. That was a big deal for me as I haven't worked out in a group setting in a long time & I'm clearly in need of weight loss & a healthier lifestyle. I've taken 3 different instructors class, they all have been great! Luis great, he helps you individually, pushes you to keep going. Over all I'm having a great experience!
