Freedom Fitness -- Wentzville

Experiencia fantástica: I'm not an athletic person at all, but I needed some changes to my everyday life. Having two kids, my core muscles were shot. So I walked right into Freedom Fitness and met Ty (who is awesome) and he set me up to workout with personal fitness trainer Andrea Kluba (Pigtails & Dumbbells). I've been working out with Andrea for 8 months now and have more energy and balance to do the things I need to around the house. Going up stairs, reaching for the toy in the corner, random everyday things that used to be such a chore. I can feel myself getting stronger each workout. Andrea is very knowledgeable about the muscle groups, modifications, and overall workout programs to best fit your workout level. Freedom Fitness is a clean facility with numerous dumbbells, standard machines, treadmills, weight bars, bench press, and more and they are always upgrading which is great. They have different personal trainer programs and group workouts for everyone. Freedom Fitness also has opportunities for WOMs, competitions, events, and charities they donate toward throughout the year which I appreciate too. If you are on the fence, go check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Freedom Fitness is by far the best gym. If your looking for a fun gym environment where everyone comes together to make your goals a reality, this is it. Kellie is my personal trainer and has been for 5years. Kellie has helped me achieve all my goals and then some. She has truly helped me become a better person all around. This gym is not just a gym it’s a family!

Experiencia fantástica: I am absolutely impressed with this gym and even more impressed with my trainer, coach, counselor, caffeine o my day Laura Harris! So happy to be in an environment that I can actually have access to good equipment, help whenever I need it and not feel judged! Love this place! Love my trainer!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Freedom Fitness for about 10 months now and I absolutely love it! Kevin has trained me at multiple gyms over the last 10 years and I wouldn't use anyone else! I've gained a ton of strength back, but what I love the most is Kevin's wholistic approach and knowledge of the entire body. The gym also has quite a few really fun weekend events! Highly recommend Freedom Fitness and Kevin if you're looking for somewhere to train.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and atmosphere are wonderful! I highly recommend doing one on one training with Morgan! She listens to you on what you like and don’t like, challenges you and is just an all around great person! Gym is always clean and not over packed either! Everyone I have encountered is friendly!
