Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Liger changed my life. There is no better choice than to choose Liger. I don’t normally do reviews so I’m gonna keep it TLDR; High quality, amazing/caring instructors, and a motivational and personable owner (Adam) that welcomes all with open arms of all shapes and sizes. When walking into Liger, all insecurities vanish. They provide the tools and transform EVERYONE into the best possible versions of themselves so long as you appreciate constructive criticism, allow them to motivate you, and put in your effort. CrossFit is tough, but Liger makes it possible. Adjectives to describe Liger: Passion, challenge, family, friends, commitment, knowledge, emphasized safety, smart, addicting, love, clean, and every other positive adjectives with the best connotations. The CrossFit “harpie” or “love bug”, so to speak, bites and gives a high greater than any amount of endorphins. If I had to describe Liger to non-members in 2 words: “missing out”.
