Experiencia fantástica: Dana is the best! Super helpful and accommodates schedules. Nick is a great trainer and I got to focus on bodybuilding exercises. Total revamp of the gym under Dana’s management. Left when pandemic hit and came back due to the changes that have been made. Merrimack is a great location. Plants are a nice touch.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say anything about any previous reviews, prior to 2020, but I can say Dana, the manager, does a fantastic job keeping this facility clean and appealing for his clients. This is just what I am looking for if I’m going to pay my hard earned money to work out somewhere. The equipment is in good repair and if something needs to be addressed just tell him! Joleana is a wonderful trainer taking time to research specific exercises to help her clients meet their goals. For me, she targeted muscle groups that will help improve my archery skills. Very happy coming here.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the other locations for many years now but have only been to the Merrimack location a handful of times because of the distance from me. It's size and amount of equipment available was away a huge plus. Since the new management at this location, I've been incredibly impressed by the attention to detail that the staff has shown. It's one of the cleanest gyms I've seen (on par with the Hudson gym) and when someone creates a mess they are quick to clean it up. I've known the manager, Dana, for many years now and I was not at all surprised to see this. I would recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I had the opportunity to tour the Merrimack facility and I was really impressed. This is a hidden gem in a plaza that does not see a lot of activity. The upside to this is there is plenty of parking but the real benefit is the spacious gym! The layout allows you to workout and maintain the distance you want, an important quality right now. I had heard it was not very clean from previous people, but the new management has clearly made this and the members a priority!

You really have done an AMAZING JOB and I hope the owner's appreciate and take notice of your dedication and commitment to making this a phenomenal fitness facility! GREAT MUSIC PLAYING during my workout???????? Both Merrimack & Hudson BY FAR have the most FRIENDLIEST staff, the CLEANEST locker room, showers, gym floor, and equipment! Keep up the great work. All members notice and appreciate everything you do each and every day!
