Experiencia fantástica: 10 out of 10 I will always go back again. As a beginner, it tears you down almost to your knees but that's the idea. Makes me stronger with ever work out. Also makes you feel GREAT. The coach is amazing too! Not a bad thing I can say about it how she teaches and the workouts she makes us do.
