Experiencia positiva: I was with these guys for years and everything was fine. Man are these guys cheap stingy thief’s when it comes to squeezing an extra payment from you. ???? Shameful

Experiencia fantástica: I used GlobalFit for my gym membership for the first time Feb 2020 and I have received very responsive and helpful customer service since. Today I mistakenly signed up for a new 12 month membership not understanding that I am now month-to-month and was double billing myself. After reaching out by email they responded back very quickly and informed me they would cancel the second membership and refund the charges. Guess I should have read the fine print better last year but they were so kind to correct for me without any hassle!
