F45 Training Wayne NJ

Experiencia fantástica: I am new to this type of training and I could not be more pleased. Basically its a group workout with a trainer that is hands on. The value to me is in the fact that this is a 45 minute workout that is designed prior to entering the class. All equipment is already set up for you, all exercises are explained and they play on video screens through the gym if you forget. The workout is in sync with music that plays throughout the 45 minutes. You really get the most bang for your buck in a gym setting like this and I cannot think of really any downsides. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many gyms around the Wayne area and nothing compares to F45 Wayne. Every single staff member/coach are so warm, welcoming and supportive. The facilities and the equipment are always clean, functional and updated. The community is the best I've ever been a part of. I can't recommend this gym enough. The BEST!

Experiencia fantástica: Joining this studio has been the best investment that I have made in myself. Not only has my physical strength grown but I have gained a home away from home. The members and the staff are truly unlike any other I have encountered. The environment makes working out fun and enjoyable for people of all different skill sets. Everyone is so extremely supportive and wants you to hit your goals even more than yourself. Never in a million years did I think I would gain so much from a gym. If your considering joining absolutely do it ..can’t imagine a day without my F45 family!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend F45 no matter what your fitness level or goals may be. The trainers are all professional, motivating, and have an uncanny ability to know exactly how much each individual can push themselves at any time. The members all encourage each other and that’s incredibly refreshing. The F stands for FUNCTIONAL and the type of workouts are geared toward strengthening you physically, mentally, and functionally. I work in a physically demanding profession and this is by far the gym that has kept me in the best shape to perform. Try it out (check for specials and trial offers), you’ll be happy you did!

Experiencia fantástica: Joining F45 Wayne in February 2021 was best decision I’ve ever made. F45 has completely changed my lifestyle to make me feel my healthiest and strongest self. I’ve built such a strong relationship with each of the coaches and they push me to do my best each class. I am always smiling as I walk in the doors, during the workouts and after each class. I have many friends and family that are also members and I’ve made so many new relationships with the other members which makes each class super fun. I highly recommend joining this gym and becoming a part of the F45 family!
