Foundation Training Facility

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never enjoyed working out, but was invited to try out a class for free. I immediately joined a 3 days/ week class and have stuck with it longer than I ever thought I would. In March I decided to commit to 5 days/ week and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to less. Lee is a very knowledgeable trainer and has helped me so much from form to nutrition. He does it all!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Foundation Training in Waverly Hall, GA! The coaches are all so nice and knowledgeable. I started taking personal training classes last October and then joined group classes in January and now I do not know how I ever lived without this gym! I have built morning routines around exercise and nutrition and I feel so much better thanks to coach Lee and Rachael.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I do not like to workout, but knew I needed some help. I take 2 classes a week and within a month I loved it so much I now workout between 4-5 days a week. I feel better than I ever have and so much stronger. Rachel is awesome and her classes have taught me to love working out. Lee is great, you can ask him anything you may be struggling with and he’ll figure it out, I love how they make time for their customers. You can tell right away this is more than just a job for them, they truly want to help people, and that’s what sets them apart from any gym I’ve ever been a part of.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get strong. Lee has created an oasis in the county to go and lift, stretch, and become stronger. Great prices and good people go a long way. ????
