Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a great workout then D1 is the place to be. Their strength and cardio classes are challenging, the coaches are motivating, and the facility is top notch. There’s no place I would rather be at 5am!

Experiencia fantástica: My son and daughter (ages 10 and 7) have been doing Rookie training at D1 this past summer and the results have been great. Their speed and strength have greatly improved. I would recommend this to any young athlete looking to improve their skills.

Experiencia fantástica: D1 has been a positive experience for our 11 year old son. He has been participating in Coach Karter's football conditioning, and football camps for the last 2 years. We have seen an improvement in his ability to run longer in games without getting winded. He is developing a mindset to be strong and dedicated to what you want to succeed at.
