Experiencia fantástica: Dropped into Crossfit Wuakee while I was in town for training. Reggie and his team were very knowledgeable and inviting. There were a wide range of gymnastic and strength movements programmed throughout the week, which kept the workouts interesting and fun. The facility was clean and had plenty of space to accommodate everyone in the class. I also liked there were plenty of speal bars for any high volume rig workouts. This is a military friendly box with a lot of great members and coaches. Highly recommend checking it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Been working out here for over 2 years now. The owners, coaches and other members are awesome. They are patient, friendly and super knowledgeable and will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. There's a good mix of strong athletes and the rest of us, so you'll never feel out of place or uncomfortable. I highly recommend stopping in to give it a shot!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in here and thought it was great. Tough programming, friendly people, good space and equipment. Seemed like the Crossfit kids class was really good that was going on too. Enjoyed every interaction with everybody and got my butt kicked the way one should at a gym. Will gladly return.
