Experiencia fantástica: This is such a unique place to go! Jennifer is wonderful! The members are sweet and you never, ever feel judged! Great workouts with several classes to choose from with different times to accommodate those who work out early or work out in the evening. This gym radiates body positivity and health at every size. Come work out!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy to have found this gym in Watertown, Ct! I feel right at home here and comfortable in my own skin. Jen has created a community of body positivity focused, enjoyable all inclusive atmosphere where you just feel welcomed, kick some butt during kickboxing class, can stretch with yoga, build strength and just have a awesome time. Everyone should join Lift!
