Marks Boxing Gym

Experiencia fantástica: My 7 year old has been taking a boxing class on the weekends but he offers classes for all ages. Mark is a great coach, he is stern yet encouraging. Hard work is what pays off here. Great facility. I highly recommend this gym to anyone of any age.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids have been attending the Saturday kids class for about a year. It's a positive environment and Mark does a great job with the kids. He expects them to work hard and be respectful. My boys have learned some skills and increased their mental and physical toughness. My oldest graduated to a regular membership a few months ago and I've been going with him. Mark tracks your progress and personalizes your workout according to your skill level. It's a very productive workout and it seems to be a lot more motivating for me than jogging or the typical gym experience. He does free introductory sessions. I highly recommend it.
