Experiencia fantástica: The wonderfully energized kickboxing classes, so enthusiastically taught by Club CKO Warwick owner, Sabrina Scavone, have no equal. Sabrina, moreover, has a strong biology background, through which she is able to assess the needs of each of those who partake in her class, and, especially those fortunate enough, (such as I!) also, to train with her. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a "fun-derful", "sweat-a-licious" roaring good time!

Experiencia fantástica: To be honest, I was hesitant about doing a CKO kickboxing class. I was excited to try it out but also very nervous. In the end, I am sooo happy I tried it. I absolutely loved everything about it. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this location for a few weeks I have so many health problems but they are so accommodating and great with the modifications. Since coming I have felt great I’m starting to look much better and my confidence is back. I hate working out but coming to kickboxing has made me love working out. I’m going to be a member for life thank you for everything.
