Experiencia fantástica: I totally enjoy my time at this gym! Atmosphere is friendly and inviting. My children go with me and we all get a great workout! Clean, many machines and free weights to choose from! I love most that it is local and the owner is an amazing person willing to help out if you need it! See for yourself, Go on get in there meet the staff, talk about your fitness journey and goals with them or life in general. I love that they give access to Active duty military, traveling back home became easier not having to worry about how I'm going to get my workout in because I already know where I'm going, K4 Fitness. Now go on now give them a call, I promise you will not regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, best choice I’ve made choosing K4 as the gym to workout at. Only in town temporarily for the holidays, but have no regrets reaching out to workout here! The owner is very friendly, and really makes you feel welcome! The overall vibe of the gym is nice, not overwhelming for beginners and still has all the equipment needed to get in a solid workout no matter what your fitness goals are. It seems like the people who lift here understand what they have and take good care of it. If I ever move back to the area or find myself staying an extended amount of time, I have no problem giving my complete loyalty to this gym! Would 100% recommend them to anyone, new or experienced!
