Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Josh at Forefit golf by a business Partner. Their set up is a fitness-minded golfer’s dream! (Super cool, unique equipment I’ve never seen -have him show you the Burn180 bands!) His assessment and program for me was awesome! As a low handicapper, I've been fortunate to have had lessons from top pros and other good fitness programs recommended by other trainers but I can say without a doubt, Josh Loyo is the best fitness and flexibility coach I've ever worked with. In my mid-fifties now, I’m still working on my game and flexibility (I battle tight hips) and he totally changed how my body felt in a couple of Sessions! I HIGHLY recommend him and Forefit! He’s got a great energy and really inspires you to work hard! So Go aee him! He will definitely help your game.
