Experiencia fantástica: I Highly recommend CT40 gym in the city of Walnut, It's very clean, High Quality, excellent condition of equipment that gets immediately sanitized right after use, Group classes in the morning and late afternoon, Very affordable and people attending are very friendly and helpful. I am 61 yrs old and I joined Ct40 gym 10 months ago. I'm extremely pleased that I made a decision to face my fears and joined the gym. The coach is an excellent trainer who I see as my personal trainer. He constantly encourages and motivates me to heights I never thought would be possible for me to achieve. Although the daily workouts he creates can be challenging at times for me, they've tremendously helped me to improve my health, mind, body resistance, muscle gain, self esteem but most importantly I am stronger and healthier than ever!!
