W.L. Hutcherson Branch YMCA

Experiencia fantástica: The interior of the building is well kept. Every area that I use is clean. The staff is helpful and encouraging. The weight room has all the equipment that I need to strengthen weak areas of my physical body. The gym is not crowded during the day, and I particularly like the lounge area located next to the gym. It gives me a quiet place to read and catch up on paperwork.

Experiencia positiva: Facility is really nice BUT my daughter's friend had scheduled a birthday party at their pool. They waited until ONE HOUR before the party to let them know that there was no lifeguard available, and that they would have to move to another facility. They did not help them move to another facility and they did not call. They requested that the PARENT do the arrangements, even though she had already paid and made the reservations 3 weeks before! VERY unprofessional!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved it. Super nice people and had a fun time. Can't wait to go back this weekend.
