Experiencia fantástica: I have spent months searching for a gym the suited my needs and my wallet. The classes are pay as you go, so you don't end up paying for a huge bill once a month especially if you are going out of town and/or are unable to go. I have attained a personal health coach upon my first visit and had a complete health evaluation within the first week I attended. My health coach helped me with my plans to reach my goals and is very supportive and encouraging. The accountability to see you through your goals is key especially when 99.9% of gyms out there do not offer you this luxury. This is, however, an herbalife nutrition based diet. I believe with the proper nutrition guidance (which 24fitbody provides), anyone can be successful with their goals. The workouts here are 1 hour and are challenging and different every time. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I found 24 Fitbody about 18 months ago. I've been to a lot of fitness clubs but never anywhere like this. The sense of community and positivity is not something you will find anywhere else. The workouts are awesome and the nutrition is even better. It is THE place to get in the best shape of your life for the rest of your life.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW! This place is incredible. They have great encouraging health coaches and trainers at this place. They give you a free workout and a free body fat/bmi, etc. evaluation. Then they feed you an herbal tea and a nutritional shake (many flavors, your choice)! The one hour workout is AWESOME. And you actually feel like you've had a good workout, not like most places that didn't even come close to a workout..... And this is unbeatable.. EACH visit is less than $10 after your first visit. You've gotta try this place. You'll love it!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great workout, much like Crossfit only without either the hazards associated with lifting heavy weights over your head or the intimidation factor. You are encouraged to go as hard as you can with 30-second breaks over the course of a full hour, not a warm-up followed by a 20-minute WOD. Lots of great equipment and very diverse routines. First visit is free as well.
