The gym manager Seth is running the place for success, and truly cares about all the members. Come see for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever entered. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff! Seth is incredible he pushes you offers everything you could possibly need and if you have questions he is right there! The facility is clean great working equipment and you feel like family and they support you in every step of your journey! Whether you workout for 10 minutes or 10 miles it still counts! They don’t judge and they help you thrive from whatever baseline you start at! You get a FREE yes I said FREE hour of a personal trainers time! I spent time with seth today and he pushed me and I’m sore but I’m a great way! I look forward to my time at the gym every single day I don’t dread it and it has become enjoyable and helping me push and find the fun in working out again!!!
