Experiencia fantástica: Been going there for 3 1/2 years now! Adam, the owner/trainer, and Geoff, his other trainer, are knowledgeable, fun, and creative! They were able to rehabilitate me through an injury (not gym related) and help me to build not only my body but my confidence as well. We all have a great time and it's become an extended family. Adam will work with you to get you to where you need to be by assessing you and individualizing your training accordingly. You'll love the new location; it is bigger and better!
