You'll be exhausted but feel great after every class as you work your way to becoming a better, fitter, and stronger you.

Josh always remembers my name when I walk in and I always leave literally dripping sweat. The 50 minutes flies by, and it's easily the best workout I've ever had!

This was my first time working out in a long time and I felt so great and energized after. The atmosphere was amazing I didn’t feel any judgement or felt awkward. They have a free class, so why not go. The instructors are very motivated and also modify the exercises to your needs. It's a very welcoming place.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I recently tried a class at RockBox Fitness VA Beach and we both had a great time. The class was challenging yet fun. Our instructor Jermaine was very encouraging and kept the class motivated throughout the workout. The next day we were sore in the best possible way. We’ll definitely return for classes when our schedules allow!
